Children are a gift from God to their parents and to the church; they are the future. Canaan Kids was definitely born from the heart of God.

Our Vision
To be a refuge for every child who enters through the doors of our church, where they can have an encounter with the unconditional love of Jesus and with His truth.
Our Mission
To guide each child to know and have a genuine relationship with Jesus, through heartfelt conversations with Him, through knowing His Word (the Bible), and through teaching practical applications for their daily lives.
Our History
Since Canaán opened its doors for the first time, families with young children began to arrive. In those days, we could count the children on one hand. As our community grew, so did the number of children in our church, and we knew that the children’s ministry would have to be a priority.
God has guided our steps, provided the resources, but the most beautiful thing is how He has chosen and gathered a team of people with unique hearts, hearts of children, and has healed them with the purpose of using them to heal the hearts of many children.
At this time, we have almost 30 teachers, both inside and outside of Miami, who have shown day after day their unconditional love for our children.
Our Sunday School is divided into groups:
Group number 1
Kindergarten, First, and Second Grades.
Group number 2
Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grades.
Our classes are every Sunday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
We use different biblical, modern, and engaging curricula, through which in each class, children will learn to know God and His Word through songs, Bible stories, videos, movies, and practical and creative crafts.
Children's version of the restoration program There is Hope.
Classes start January 25, 2025
For children aged 7 to 12 years
There is Hope Kids is the children’s version of the There is Hope restoration process.
We love our children with our lives and more than ourselves. However, they are the most hurt by our lack of healing. But, there is hope! Just as our dysfunction has affected them, with much more reason and power, our healing will reach them.
When they see our transformation, it will bring them healing; but in addition to this, we believe we must share with them the tools and treasures that God used and gave us to heal us. Our healing is the best inheritance we can give to our children; and their healing will be the best gift and inheritance they will give to their children.
